At EasyPick, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged during delivery.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
We offer a free replacement if:
The wrong item was delivered.
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
The product has a verified manufacturing fault.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used or damaged products due to customer misuse.
Products without original packaging or accessories.
Products returned after the 7-day return period.
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number along with clear photos or a short video of the product.
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we'll provide return instructions.
After inspection, we'll send a replacement or process a refund if applicable.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), EasyPick will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is approved for any other reason, the customer may be be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Since EasyPick currently operates on Cash on Delivery (COD) only, approved refunds will be issued through a bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash account provided by the customer within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Please inspect your parcel before accepting delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, you may refuse the parcel and immediately contact our Customer Service team.
