Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products (if opened or used)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method or as agreed with the customer.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by EasyPick, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
