Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

EasyPick offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan.

Order Confirmation

• All COD orders are subject to confirmation via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

• Please keep the exact amount ready whenever possible.

Failed Deliveries

• If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order without a valid reason, EasyPick reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner may make one or more delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, it may be returned to us.
